Sportacus Cosplay

Someone on Facebook posted these images of Sportacus today. Apparently it would seem that the costume is popular among some bodybuilders. These ones I think are taken from Musclemania Latino 2011. I am not sure who the athlete is. I noticed a lot of people really liked Absolutebleus rendition of this character. I wonder if his art influenced this?
